Theresa Martin is a retired high school English teacher, printmaker, avid reader, fiddler, sheep whisperer, willow-grower, giant ragweed warrior, and intrepid homesteader.
Byron Wiley is a self-employed remodeler, researcher, community organizer, fig aficionado, musician, community activist, and inspired plant-fanatic.
Together, they work on making Fig Hill Farm the reality they envision, planning and designing, gardening, tending fruit trees; play Scandinavian folk music with their band Ingevald’s Spelmän and with each other; visit with friends; host potlucks and jams; and embrace living in the “now.”
